Guidelines & Additional Information

Applies to all spaces

  • A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for hard-to-clean materials.
  • All food and beverage must be provided by Spruce on Blackbridge. Outside desserts are not permitted.
  • All balances must be settled on the day of the event. Any unpaid bar tabs will be the host’s responsibility.
  • All events are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax, 20% gratuity, and 3% service fee.
  • Unmet food and beverage minimum will be charged to the host and subject to 20% gratuity and 3% service fee.
  • Food & beverage minimum does not include tax, gratuity, or sales outside of the reserved space.
  • Holiday dates may be subject to adjusted room fees and food/beverage minimums.
  • Deposits are forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
